We will consider buying any freehold or long leasehold shops, specifically:
- “Freehold Shops”
- Located in “Prime Positions”
- Located on busy “High Streets”
- “Occupied by Tenants” who pay the landlords/freeholders rent
However, we would also consider shops which are long leasehold, located in secondary positions, on quieter high streets and which are vacant.
We also buy portfolios, sale and lease-backs and ground rents.
Tenants of ours include McDonalds, Julian Graves, Threshers, Argos and
several Co-Operative Pharmacies etc.
